Estratégias de prevenção e identificação precoce da injúria renal aguda na atenção primária à saúde: revisão integrativa

Objetivo: verificar quais são as estratégias de prevenção para redução do risco e identificação precoce da injúria renal aguda (IRA) para adultos na atenção primária à saúde. Método: revisão integrativa realizada em cinco bases de dados. A amostra foi composta por 14 estudos. A classificação do Nível de Evidência foi identificada no Center for evidence-Based Medicine. A análise e síntese dos dados foram realizadas de maneira descritiva. Resultados: alerta eletrônico ou software de informática, rastreamento manual por creatinina, estratificação de risco, uso de escore de risco validado e orientação dos profissionais aos pacientes com uso de cartões ou por meio do diálogo foram medidas que impactam na redução de risco, assim como para identificação precoce da IRA no cenário da atenção primária à saúde. Conclusão: Foram identificadas diferentes estratégias de intervenção na atenção primária que impactaram na identificação na redução de risco e identificação precoce injúria renal aguda, destacaram-se o uso de softwares e alertas eletrônicos, seguidos de orientações para suspender medicações nefrotóxicas durante quadros clínicos agudos, além do acompanhamento manual da creatinina.
