This article is intended to explain the relationship between the Brazilian Competition Authority and its users. Starting from the centrality of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) and the regulation and taxation of the market, we will address the possible applications of artificial intelligence (IA) for competition problems, thus being able to be used for fortifications Your application is antitrust and promotes more just and competitive markets.
