Objective: present evidence from scientific literature about the availability of technological resources aimed at improving the cardiopulmonary resuscitation process. Method: this is an integrative literature review, whose survey of articles took place between August and November 2023 in the Lilacs and Medline databases and in the SciElo virtual library, through the standardized crossing of the descriptors "Health Technology, Cardiorespiratory Arrest and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation". Results: the final sample comprised 12 articles. It was found that various tools were used to promote good cardiopulmonary resuscitation practices, such as applications for mobile devices, games and instruments that measure the level of knowledge on the subject. The application of these resources was aimed at both health professionals and the general population. Conclusion: the diversity of technological resources aimed at improving the effective practice of cardiopulmonary resuscitation contributes to training and monitoring activities for healthcare professionals and expands knowledge opportunities for the general population.
