The study aims to identify the feelings generated by pregnant women regarding childbirth, as well as the knowledge of pregnant women regarding pregnancy and childbirth. This is a qualitative, exploratory-descriptive study developed with 30 women participating in a Group of Pregnant Women and Pregnant Couples. The data collection was carried out between August and October 2023 via electronic form. The data analysis was carried out qualitatively with the aid of the software Interface de R pour les Analyzes Multimensionnelles of Textes et of Questionnaires. The results showed that anxiety, fear and insecurity are feelings reported by pregnant women and are present throughout the gestational period, being intensified as the crucial moment of childbirth approaches. During this period of childbirth, fear of pain, fear of death and concern for your child's well-being become more evident. Pregnant women who are informed and familiar with the processes they will go through have the ability to deal with their insecurity and fears, accepting them naturally and not at such an intense level that it could even interfere with the birth process.
