Associação do uso da mesoterapia na reabilitação fisioterapêutica: uma revisão sistemática

Este estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a eficácia da mesoterapia associada à reabilitação fisioterapêutica no tratamento de disfunções musculoesqueléticas. Por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, foram analisados 20 artigos publicados entre 2015 e 2025, selecionados com base em critérios específicos e nas principais bases científicas. Os resultados demonstraram que a mesoterapia, quando integrada a recursos fisioterapêuticos como cinesioterapia, eletrotermoterapia e terapia manual, promove alívio da dor, melhora da funcionalidade e da qualidade de vida dos pacientes, com baixa incidência de efeitos adversos. Além disso, observou-se redução no uso de medicamentos sistêmicos, tornando-se uma alternativa eficaz e segura na prática clínica. Conclui-se que a associação entre mesoterapia e fisioterapia potencializa os resultados da reabilitação, embora ainda sejam necessários estudos adicionais para padronizar os protocolos de aplicação.
