Introduction: According to estimates from the World Health Organization, approximately 1.5 million pregnant women worldwide are infected with syphilis annually, and half of these cases result in adverse outcomes for their children. Syphilis in pregnancy and congenital syphilis are significant public health issues, making it imperative to understand the extent of the disease at a local level. Objective: To conduct a literature review on existing evidence regarding pharmaceutical interventions for pregnant women with syphilis and congenital syphilis. Methodology: A scoping review guided by the PCC framework, where P = Population: Pregnant women with syphilis; C = Concept: Pharmaceutical Services/Pharmaceutical Care/Pharmacist-Provided Care; C = Context: Public health. The review covered the period from 2019 to 2024. Searches were conducted in databases, scientific article repositories, and grey literature. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied for article selection. Results and Discussion: Six articles met the inclusion criteria. The studies highlighted the severity of the disease and the pharmacist's role in addressing this condition. Conclusion: Measures aimed at improving care for pregnant women with syphilis are necessary, including the involvement of pharmacists, who are key professionals in disease screening and therapeutic follow-up.
