3. Peer Review Process
Scientific articles, literature reviews, case reports, brief communications, and other articles related to the dissemination objectives of the Journal will be accepted for evaluation by the editorial/consultative committee, with one of the authors holding a master's or doctoral degree. The material is sent to reviewers who will decide on the appropriateness of publication, in whole or in part, and provide the author with suggestions and possible corrections. The JRG Journal of Academic Studies adopts the "double-blind peer review" evaluation system as its evaluation policy, promoted by members of its registered reviewer body on the journal's website. Submitted texts undergo an initial formal evaluation by the editorial team, which may request corrections and additions. Texts that do not fall within the scope of the Journal or do not meet mandatory requirements will be archived.
3.1 Articles are subject to the double-blind peer review process.
3.2 Papers are sent anonymously to two "ad hoc" reviewers who hold a doctoral degree and are affiliated with the JRG Journal of Academic Studies.

3.4 Reviewers are always Doctorate Professors affiliated with renowned national and foreign higher education institutions.

e) Is there coherence and logic in the development of the topic?

The JRG Academic Studies Journal, ISSN Online: 2595-1661, is dedicated to upholding ethical practices in scientific publishing. Prevention of negligence is also a crucial responsibility of the editor and the editorial team: any form of unethical behavior, as well as plagiarism above 25%, is not accepted in the JRG Academic Studies Journal. Authors submitting articles to the journal declare that their content is original and ensure that the work has not been published or is under review/evaluation in any other journal.
We suggest that authors familiarize themselves with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) regarding ethical principles in scientific publishing.
10. Ethics Policy and Guidelines for Good Practices in Publication
This journal is committed to ethics and the quality of publications, following international standards for scientific publishing. We advocate for ethical behavior by all parties involved in the publication of our journal: authors, editor, reviewers, Editorial Team, and the Publisher. We do not accept plagiarism or any other unethical behavior. To achieve this, the guidelines of the 2nd World Conference on Research Integrity, Singapore, July 22-24, 2010, are followed.
Editor's Duties:
- Publication Decision: The editor is responsible for deciding which articles submitted to the journal should be published. The editor is guided by the policies decided by the Editorial Board. These policies must comply with the legal requirements in force regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. The editor may consult the Editorial Board and the reviewers to make decisions.
- Transparency and Respect: The editor should evaluate submitted manuscripts regardless of the race, sex, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, nationality, or political philosophy of the authors.
Confidentiality: The editor and other members of the editorial team must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript except to the reviewers and the editorial advisors. - Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: The editor must not use unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript for their research without the express written consent of the author. The editor must refuse to evaluate manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest due to competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or (possibly) institutions related to the manuscripts.
- Involvement and Cooperation in Investigations: The editor must take appropriate action when ethical complaints are presented regarding a submitted manuscript or published article.
Reviewer's Duties:
- Contribution to Editorial Decisions: The reviewer's review assists the editor in making editorial decisions and can also assist the author in improving the article through communications with them.
- Timeliness: Any reviewer who feels unqualified to review the article or knows that their immediate reading will be impossible must immediately notify the editor.
- Confidentiality: Papers received for analysis must be treated as confidential documents. They should not be shown or discussed with others.
- Objectivity Standards: Reviews must be conducted objectively. Reviewers should express their views clearly and supported by arguments.
- Sources: Reviewers should identify relevant published works that have not been cited by the authors. The reviewer should draw the editor's attention to any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript in question and any other published article they know.
- Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Privileged information or ideas obtained by the reviewer through the reading of manuscripts must be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. The reviewer must not evaluate manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest due to competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions related to the manuscripts.
Author's Duties:
- General Standards: Authors of works that refer to original research must present an accurate report of the work done, as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Supplementary data must be accurately represented in the article. The document must contain sufficient details and references to allow others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or intentionally inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.
- Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that the works are entirely original and, if they use the work and/or texts of others, that this is properly cited. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes editorial unethical behavior and is unacceptable.
- Multiple or Redundant Publication: An author should not publish manuscripts that essentially describe the same research in more than one journal. Publishing the same article in more than one journal without informing the editors and obtaining their consent constitutes unethical behavior and is unacceptable.
- On sources: the work of other authors must always be acknowledged. Authors should cite publications that were important in determining the nature of the reported work. Information obtained in particular, such as in a conversation, correspondence, or discussion with third parties, should not be used or reported without explicit written permission from the source. Information obtained through confidential services, such as manuscript arbitration or grant applications, should not be used without explicit written permission from the author of the work involved in these services.
- Authorship: authorship of the work should be restricted to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study reported. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Individuals who participated in certain aspects of the research project should be listed as collaborators. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors are included in the article. The corresponding author should also ensure that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the manuscript and have agreed to its submission for publication.
- Disclosure and conflicts of interest: all authors should disclose any financial or other conflicts of interest that may influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript in the manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.
- Fundamental errors in published works: when an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, it is the author's obligation to immediately inform the journal editor or Editorial Office and cooperate with the editor to correct the article.

Even though it is the full responsibility of the authors to verify plagiarism in sniffers and adapt their work to the metrics set out above, this journal reserves the right, if desired, to go through the aforementioned plagiarism sniffers and pass on the respective reports as a contribution to the authors. .
The JRG Journal of Academic Studies advises that, in addition to following the metrics set out above, authors make the proper references to the source texts of all direct and indirect citations.
